Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the delivery of user manuals and product documentation. The Account Manager will also be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience in account management or customer service
Knowledge of technical writing and documentation processes
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
