Job Summary:
Leading and motivating workers group.
Meeting production objectives: Prod. plan target, OEE, EHS, QA.
Meeting cost reduction objectives. Working according to UCT MVVC. Working according to procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet production plans: OEE yearly target, monthly plan, and PVA weekly plan.
Direct labor management recruitments and retainment.
Set R&R to employees under his management, performance tracking:
o Employees effectiveness.
o Machines/ equipment maintenance Daily autonomic maintenance.
o Work according to procedures enforcement.
o Work reporting in ERP and MES systems EHS responsibility Zero accidents and safety issues. Stand in yearly safety plan. QA Responsibility Zero quality complaints, rejection rework scrap management.
o MRB investigations and CAPA operations.
o Customer complaints investigation and CAPA operation.

Requirements:
Required Education/Experience:
Min. 3 years proven experience in production lines management.
Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical engineering advantage
Hebrew speaking& reading, Russian speaking is advantage.
OPEX: Lean six Sigma knowledge and experience.
Proven experience in CNC turning technology.
Proven experience in CNC machine programing.
Leading and managing skills with proven experience.
Computer skills (Office, ERP), CAD/CAM software is advantage.
