Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying top talents, fostering relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for candidate sourcing by utilizing various sourcing methods, platforms, trends, and tools to identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates for open positions. managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/ recruitment role.
Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English
