Senior Affiliate & Growth Manager

As a Senior Affiliate & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate marketing channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and onboard new affiliates, optimize campaigns, and maximize performance.

Responsibilities:
Actively searching for - and acquiring - new Affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the support and resources needed to drive results.
Maintain personal networks by participating in conferences and industry events, to represent Papaya and seek new opportunities.
Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to measure campaigns' effectiveness and continuously optimize deals /campaigns.
Manage the affiliate marketing budget to achieve desired results within allocated resources.
Conduct regular audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality and respect for the guidelines.
Follow any legal changes/ requirements and make sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.
