Hyvers clear and relevant insights empower companies to make effective cybersecurity decisions.As a Software Engineering Manager, youll lead a full stack team and work with product leaders on building and scaling the Hyver SaaS platform.Our technology stack includes AWS, K8s, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, Apache Spark with Databricks and more.
You'll work on:
Leading the team and involving multiple stakeholders in delivering business value through implementing highly complex technological features.
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and design project requirements and provide technical expertise.
Improving the speed and efficiency at which the team can iterate and deliver new features.
Establishing a culture of best practices, clean code, and exceptional coding standards.
Hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to support the team and ensure project success.

Spent the last 3+ years leading teams and designing, building, coding and optimizing large-scale B2B SaaS platforms.
At least 8 years of proven experience in software development.
Extensive experience with Python is a must-have in addition to at least one of the following: Javascript, Java, Go.
Familiarity and practical experience with Angular and TypeScript - a plus.
Proficiency in applying software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, and testing.
Managed end-to-end projects, including technical design, coding, and collaborating with fellow engineers to deliver business value.
Deep understanding of the following technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Apache Spark/Apache Flink, and AWS.
Experience or high interest in cybersecurity.
