We are seeking a valiant User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team and develop effective user acquisition campaigns.
Responsibilities
The role:
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will oversee and execute user acquisition strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data, Product, and Creative teams, to drive user acquisition efforts and maximize user growth and engagement across various platforms. This role aims to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth targets, enhancing creators' visibility and revenue on us.
In this role, you will:
Manage and optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns across various channels to meet or exceed KPIs and growth targets.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizing campaign performance.
Explore and test new channels and targeting strategies to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Creative, Data, and Product teams to align UA efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user acquisition and digital marketing.
Conduct ancient elven ceremonies under the gaze of the full moon.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven experience in user acquisition, with a strong record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply data-driven insights to optimization efforts.
A motivated, proactive, organized team player with excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Being an avid gamer is an advantage.
Being possessed by the lunar goddess: a serious plus.
