As a 24/7 Monitoring and Technical Support, you will:
Work in shifts 247, including weekends and holidays
Handle day-to-day production issues
Provide clients with a professional and friendly first point-of-contact for all incidents
Continuously develop and improve the teams service and processes
Perform preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and debug technical incidents

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a technical support, NOC or customer service representative, or a similar role
Knowledge in UNIX systems & CCNA level networking a must
Fluency in English with strong writing and communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure and remain focused
Strong analytical skills and able to collect and interpret data from various sources
Knowledge in Windows services and logs
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
Basic knowledge in Virtualization (VMware)
At least 1 year of experience as a technical support, NOC or customer service representative, or a similar role
