Required Sales Operation Manager
Customer focal point for all order related issues
Manage sales orders from PO to POD
Booking the POs in ERP.
Update customers with supply plan.
Coordinate with customer forecast vs. actual POs
Working with relevant departments about any issue in sale order
Control sales order status.
Invoice
Plan & Control shipping plan.
Manage KPIs and QBR with customers.
Manage RMA from customer complaints to ship repaired units back to customer.
License management
Manage logistics according to customer incoterm agreement.

Requirements:
Proven experience as Sales operations manager Mandatory
Experience with international customers Mandatory
Fluent in English, both written and verbal Mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Priority Advantage.
