Global Organizational development (5147)

Requirements:
We are looking for a Global Organizational development (5147) The Organizational Development (OD) Sr.Manager plays a key role in enhancing the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and culture of the organization.
This position involves implementing strategies and initiatives that focus on employee development, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
The OD collaborates with various departments to identify areas for improvement and designs and implements interventions to drive positive organizational change. o The initiation, development and overall implementation of global HR programs that are strategically aligned with the organizations goals and needs, and that foster a positive and thriving work - place culture
o The building capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness - Organizational development is aimed at organizational effectiveness:
Financial performance, customer satisfaction, organizational member engagement, and an increased capacity to adapt and renew the organization
o Developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes. Organizational development applies to changes in strategy, structure, and Processes
o Building recognition plans
o Developing the Learning and training areas in the company-LMS system
o Design and implement retention and talents plan
o Internal communication
The position reports directly to the VP HR REQUIREMENTS
BA or MA in Human Resources or relevant field
Proven experience as an OD Manager or similar role at global companies
Hands-on configuration and system administration
Orientation and understanding of complex HR processes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Hebrew and English)
