Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager with a can-do approach to Join our R&D and Engineering division, a fast-growing innovative startup in the field of ISR loitering munition systems.
In this role you will take a major part in leading the development of our systems and will be involved in all the development stages, end-to-end, including the concept phase, system development, integration and evaluation, moving the system to serial production, delivery the system to the end user and implementing the system in the field.

Responsibilities:
Synchronizing the activities of all disciplines which are involved in the project.
Building, executing, and following up the project workplan.
Taking corrective actions to ensure projects meet the required delivers on time and with the required quality.
Planning, leading, and executing the system test plans along all the system development stages: proof of concept tests, integration, field tests, qualification tests etc.
Supporting all disciplines in identifying and managing subcontractors.
Leading and executing the technological part for project reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.)
