As an Engineering Director, you will lead a group of Software, DevOps, and QA engineers, building the infrastructure for the unique company Data Platform.

The Data Platform is the foundation for the Analytics and for company Compass products which generates millions of dollar income for over 15 years and is continuing to grow.
What Youll Do:
Build and lead a small group of professional software, DevOPs and QA engineers responsible to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Take a major part in the technical leadership team that is taking decisions on key technologies, architecture, operation methods and organizational structure.
Work closely with product managers to translate requirements into clear technical design and architecture.
Assume full ownership and accountability over product delivery timelines.
Provide technological and managerial coaching to R&D team members based on extensive hands-on and managerial experience.
