we are hiring an experienced Product Lead for a unique museum, to join an innovative and meaningful project as a full time freelancer.
Position Overview: As a Product lead at the Museum, you will spearhead the development of an innovative educational product aiming to enable a personalized discovery journey through Jewish identity. With a focus on leveraging cutting-edge technology and fostering a user-centric approach, you will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring a seamless User Experience. Core Responsibilities: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, post-launch analysis, and ongoing optimizations. Develop both short and long-term roadmaps for the product. Define and monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and iterate on features to achieve product goals. Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders across the company. Prioritize User Experience throughout product development to produce an exceptional User Experience. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and content teams to define requirements, specifications, and timelines.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of product management experience in the B2C/ B2B2C product industry. Proven track record in leading and delivering user-oriented features. Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work part-time (50%) on the project in the first 1-2 months, followed by a transition to full-time. Ability to thrive in an environment with uncertainty. Passion for Jewish heritage and education. Advantage - experience in Educational Technology or learning applications.
