Own the IT MIS SOA architecture and its functionality.
Manage the IT MIS integration development team (6 members).
Lead the integration process design delivery end to end.
Implementation of processes, tools and a flexible development methodology while constantly improving.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration strategy that is aligned with the business objectives.
Monitor and track the performance of integration solutions.

Requirements:
3+ years in hands-on development of organizational integration interfaces.
3+ years of experience managing and growing people.
Excellent familiarity with integration development industry vendors, best practices, tools protocols.
In-depth knowledge and experience with large scale ESB, API, ETL systems by leading market vendors.
Experienced working with SQL databases.
Independent, Innovative, entrepreneurial, team player, ability to multi-task.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, fast learner and open-minded.
Bachelors Degree in a related technology field.
Proven experience and knowledge in computer systems, networks topology and information security.
Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with engineers and managers.
Nice To Have
Experience with MuleESB enterprise edition
Configuration management using GIT
Experienced in JAVA development
3+ years in hands-on development of organizational integration interfaces.
