Provider of the world’s first Open Source Online Video Platform, Kaltura simplifies the creation of video experiences, and provides tools that facilitate innovative and engaging experiences that create value.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Integration Team Leader with broad experience working with OTT/IPTV platforms.You must be an experienced hands-on Integration Engineer as well as an intergration team leader, with great interpersonal skills, analytical mind and get things done attitude. You will be working with R&D, PMs and end-customers in order to create, implement and install our solution.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform technical integration activities of the existing OTT/IPTV platformWork on special projects and lead small teamTeam member development and mentoring around topics ranging from troubleshooting and to customer service and communication, to conflict resolution, team commitment, and accountabilityConfiguration, integration, verification, troubleshooting in lab and prod environmentsPerform end-to-end test to verify the integration for product owner sign offBusiness analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understoodDocument software installations, use cases and product owners’ requirementsProvide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project deliverablesSupport operational team with integration and new requirements launches.Provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization.QualificationsExpereince in technical integration activities in OTT/IPTV platformExperience in leading integration teamsUnderstanding/designing complex system architectureSQL Server knowledgeProficient in Linux environmentNetworking / Information Security - basic knowledgeStrong professional interpersonal and communication skills in English.Willingness and ability to travelStrong analytical and problem solving skills;Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer experienceKey contributor, willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired results;Advantage:Knowledge in script writing, databases, web services, visual studio and web serversStrong technical background: either DBA or as System EngineerWindows and Linux – System admin level.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.■ To join Kaltura’s community visit, www.kaltura.org and www.html5video.org"Kaltura provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, and military service.
