OTT Integration Team Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Team Leader with broad experience working with OTT/IPTV platforms.

You must be an experienced hands-on Integration Engineer as well as an intergration team leader, with great interpersonal skills, analytical mind and get things done attitude. You will be working with R&D, PMs and end-customers in order to create, implement and install our solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform technical integration activities of the existing OTT/IPTV platform
Work on special projects and lead small team
Team member development and mentoring around topics ranging from troubleshooting and to customer service and communication, to conflict resolution, team commitment, and accountability
Configuration, integration, verification, troubleshooting in lab and prod environments
Perform end-to-end test to verify the integration for product owner sign off
Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood

Document software installations, use cases and product owners’ requirements
Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project deliverables
Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches.
Provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization.

Qualifications

Expereince in technical integration activities in OTT/IPTV platform

Experience in leading integration teams
Understanding/designing complex system architecture
SQL Server knowledge
Proficient in Linux environment
Networking / Information Security - basic knowledge
Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Willingness and ability to travel
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer experience
Key contributor, willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired results;

Advantage:

Knowledge in script writing, databases, web services, visual studio and web servers
Strong technical background: either DBA or as System Engineer
Windows and Linux – System admin level.
