HRBP

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help us design, support, and execute people-related strategies. Youll be part of a global HR team during a particularly exciting time at a thriving startup!
As an HRBP you will play an instrumental part in making us an amazing place to work. Youll work collaboratively with leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities that align to the needs of the business, finding solutions that put people at the forefront.
The ideal candidate will address the business challenges and needs with creativity, will have the ability to work independently and engage others, see the big picture with a hands-on approach, and have excellent communication skills.
You Will:
Act as a trusted adviser to employees and leadership teams; understand the pulse of our business to proactively identify organizational needs and propose solutions.
Partner with leadership and employees to provide guidance on career pathing, performance management, talent development, team building, org changes, etc.
Lead the full employee life cycle: onboarding to offboarding including operational aspects.
Lead employee retention efforts and people experience; create innovative ways to make us a great place to work.
Utilize employee engagement data to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention.
Partner with the HR Functions to deploy and execute projects such as: workforce planning, employee engagement, training and development, etc.
