Adzz LTD seeks a Web Development Product Manager to spearhead User Experience research, agile processes, design, and testing.
Join our dynamic team dedicated to creating cutting-edge web solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the product backlog, prioritize tasks, set the Sprints, and run daily standups
- Write product definitions and delegate tasks to the development team
- Write status updates to track progress
- Do QA to TEST new features and fix bugs
- Serve as the point of contact between the web development team, management, and all other departments
- Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma
- Conduct training for the in-house system for employees
- Manage a portfolio of multiple projects
- Manage multiple Asana projects across the company by creating projects, project sections, and project automation rules

- 2+ years of proven product management experience in web development
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent Russian is a plus

- Figma
- Photoshop
- Notion, Loop, or other documentation system
