R&D Program Manager

As an R&D Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex Agile technology projects as well as help shape the way teams are working in Agile.

Key responsibilities:
The R&D Program Manager will take an active part in the domain leadership; constantly shape and improve our way of work to support the domain and company business needs
The R&D Program Manager will be responsible for the central planning and execution, release, and adoption of technology projects
Leading cross-functional and cross-organizational projects and initiatives to support the business goals
The R&D Program Manager will work closely with tech teams and product managers and will support and improve the entire development lifecycle.
The R&D Program Manager will serve as an Agile coach and will be leading teams to success while adopting it;
The R&D Program Manager will be constantly communicating with multiple stakeholders to increase transparency and visibility; product management, operations, top management, etc.
