Lead the technical management of precision tracking projects in R&D, including planning and monitoring activities, managing project budgets and overseeing customer-facing technical engagements like design reviews, acceptance tests, and system integration. Define and oversee the system architecture of complex multidisciplinary systems. Develop and manage system, software, and hardware specifications and requirements. Lead and actively participate in integration and design validation phases. Design and manage electrical connectivity between system components Education: BSc/MSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. ME in System Engineering – an advantage. Experience and Skills: 5–7 years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D projects (Mechanical, Electronics, servo, electrical, rf). Proven experience in project management across all phases of the project lifecycle. Expertise in drafting technical documents, including requirements and specifications, in English. Strong background in complex system architecture design and troubleshooting. Open-minded, adaptable, and a fast learner with excellent self-learning abilities. Team player with strong matrix management capabilities. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
