As our company grows, an exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic individual to join our R&D team.
We seek an experienced Full Stack Team Lead who wants to join our core team and help us build the single source of truth for the financial world.
Responsibilities:
Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding.
Taking Hands-on responsibilities with the team: designing, coding, and delivering features.
Play a central role in building a complex and large-scale platform.
Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture.
Develop & Lead tasks end-to-end, from design to deployment.
Provide scalable, maintainable, and easy-to-use solutions for our customers.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with trends & technologies in the industry.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing development teams.
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Experience in both front-end and back-end development.
Experience working with databases.
Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills.
Passionate about software engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge.
An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
Team player.
