We are looking to hire a talented and experienced VP Engineering to join and lead the engineering strategy and team on a journey to promote Sentra to cloud-based companies across the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create workflows that are fluent, self-maintained, flexible, fast and constantly improving the development process and methodology
Lead and mentor the engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve our product efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Build and improve the company's engineering culture by implementing best engineering practices
Define the engineering teams growth plan and strategy
Ensure customer satisfaction through our product development and deployment

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in managing and scaling engineering teams in a startup environment
Experience in building high-performance, fault-tolerant and large-scale systems
Experience with building successful cloud products
Experience in building teams, hiring, coaching, and motivating staff through learning and development
Experience with cyber products - an advantage
Ability to balance business needs, a sense of urgency, and shipping high-quality and pragmatic solutions
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
