What You'll Do:
Manage and inspire multiple full-stack R&D teams across various product domains, including teams located in remote locations. Foster collaboration and ensure seamless execution across all teams.
Take full responsibility for your product area's delivery, technical domain, architecture, integrations, technical governance, methodologies, and best practices.
Support your team of managers and engineers through regular feedback, coaching, mentoring, and by promoting learning and development opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with R&D leadership, product teams, and other business units to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate effectively with sales, customer success, support, and other departments to ensure successful product development and implementation.
Stay current with the product's technology and maintain your technical skills through individual development contributions.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
3+ years of experience leading and scaling R&D groups, demonstrating success in growing teams both in size and capability.
7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record in developing complex systems.
Strong technical background coupled with a deep understanding of product development principles and a customer-centric mindset.
Experience in effectively managing and collaborating with remote teams.
Understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate business needs into actionable R&D initiatives.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a passion for innovation and driving results.
Bonus Skills:
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
Experience working within B2B environments.
Experience with Blockchains ecosystem.
Prior entrepreneurial experience.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
