We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to join our growing R&D department. As a team lead, you will lead and mentor developers to achieve the team's goals while working hands-on.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a team of talented developers working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
Proactively build your team, recruiting and onboarding
Growing and mentoring your team members
Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release
Lead architecture, delivering code alongside the team you lead. Guarantee product and code quality (code review, design reviews, automatic testing, CI/CD.)
Lead your team to success in their squads
Develop your team members personally and professionals
Conducting one on one sessions with your team member and providing feedback.

Requirements:
6+ years working as a software engineer.
3+ years of experience in managing highly skilled developers and the ability to lead, coach, guide, and influence them.
2 + years of experience in web development
Deep understanding of one (or more) of these technologies - ReactJS/React Native/Node.js, or similar
Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining a GCP/ AWS environment.
Experience in Agile development, including continuous integration, deployment, and coding for automated testing.
Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments.
Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
