Join our dynamic team as a Communications Manager and play a pivotal role in sharing our impactful work with stakeholders, donors, and the wider community.
We're looking for a skilled communicator who can craft compelling narratives, ensure high-quality visual representation, and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for details, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of visual communication principles.
ROLE SCOPE:
* 100% position
* Hybrid: combination of remote work and office-based work in Jerusalem
* Reporting to the Development Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with the Educational, Alumni, and Measurement & Evaluation teams to identify and develop engaging stories about our activities, success stories, and special events.
* Manage our social media presence and oversee all platforms.
* Create and publish written content across various platforms, including newsletters, social media channels, and our website.
* Organize and maintain our communication database, including CRM contact lists and other components.
* Develop written and visual content for fundraising campaigns, grant submissions, and reports.
* Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
* Work closely with the Visual Content Associate to ensure alignment between written and visual content.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (must), Hebrew (advantage).
* Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation software, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
* Basic visual design skills and experience working with visual content.
* Being a MEET alumni is an advantage.
