Communications and Content Manager

*A leading global company is looking for a talented Communications professional to develop communication plans around employer brand and HR related topics as well as write the content of these plans. *

*You will create content, for employees and candidates, to be shared on various internal and external channels, such as: Intranet, newsletters, social media, career site etc*

*Responsibilities*
* *Prepare overall content plan and calendar for HR related topics, to support HR strategy, goals and annual plan*
* *HR communication partner: work with the HR corporate domain heads on the employee communication of their domains. Prepare communication plan and campaigns per topic and write communication materials, targeting employees and candidates, including posts for social media*
* *Prepare content plans and develop all written communications for campaigns*
* *Edit and review Communication for the HR community including organisation announcements, monthly HR newsletter, HR Town halls content*
* *Manage pipeline and upload content to internal and external channels including Popolo, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Life, Career site, keeping channels up to date, update EVP playbook *
* *Manage teams’ analytics (according to defined KPIs). Constantly learn from the analytics and improve content, increasing employee engagement with content*

*Requirements:*
* *English mother tongue*
* *Experience in communication and in writing communication plans*
* *Experience in working with large global complex organizations (understanding of the Corporate world) *
* *Great interpersonal skills, able to work in collaboration *
* *Experience in copy writing as well as content developing*
* *Excellent written and verbal communication skills*
* *Experienced and comfortable working with various communication and scheduling tools *
* *Social media savvy and experienced writer for social media*
* *Strong attention to detail, and ability to work within to tight schedules*
