Smart-M Unit Manager
The unit develops Command Control Software - a system that manages safe and smart cities and strategic facilities.
The BU Manager is responsible for managing, planning and developing the business and commercial strategy for the unit's products. The role includes managing the development, product, service and business development teams. (approx. 20 direct reports)
Main Responsibly:
Formulating and planning the product, business and commercial strategy
Managing a profit and loss unit
Team management
Managing budgets and work plans
Analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
Managing customer relationships and handling existing and new customers
Managing commercial negotiations with customers and strategic partners
Leading projects and initiatives for new products and creating business opportunities.

Requirements:
Experience in product management and sales in C C software companies.
Experience in managing profit and loss unit and budgets.
Deep understanding of software product lifecycles, technologies and product development processes
Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities and build effective work plans.
Excellent skills in commercial negotiation management, customer management and business development locally and globally
Strategic vision, entrepreneurial, creative and innovative thinking
Ability to work in a dynamic, complex environment under pressure.
English proficiency
