International Key Account & Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an International Key Account & Business Development Manager to drive international sales growth, manage and expand existing distributor accounts, and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that strengthen the company’s global presence.

•            Manage and grow existing international accounts, with full responsibility for achieving annual sales targets.

•            Drive sales growth through increased orders, expanded distribution, new retail opportunities, and improved sell-in and sell-out performance.

•            Develop and execute annual business plans, including sales forecasts, commercial targets, and growth initiatives.

•            Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

•            Negotiate commercial terms and ensure partners meet agreed sales commitments.

•            Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, product launches, and market support.

•            Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and strategic business opportunities.

•            Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification through commercial negotiations, agreements, and onboarding.

•            Negotiate pricing, sales targets, and distribution agreements with potential partners.

•            Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert leads into revenue-generating accounts.

•            Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and follow-up in the company’s CRM.

•            3–5 years of experience in international B2B sales, key account management, or business development.

•            Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing international distributor relationships.

•            Strong commercial mindset, sales orientation, and negotiation skills.

•            Ability to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and drive results.

•            Independent, proactive, and highly motivated, with strong relationship-building skills.

•            Excellent written and spoken English.

•            Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer goods.

•            Additional languages.
