Responsibilities:
* Design and develop machine components and assemblies using CAD software.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed machine designs that meet project requirements.
* Ensure designs are optimized for production efficiency and reliability.
* Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for machine improvements.
* Generate accurate engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
* Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance design quality and performance.
* Work closely with production teams to support machine assembly and testing activities.
* Create drawings for automotive and architectural projects.

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/practical engineering or related field
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
* Strong understanding of machine-building principles and manufacturing processes
* Knowledge in Converting and roll to roll machines-Advantage
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment, mainly in Israel and Germany
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Hands-on experience with machine building or fabrication is preferred
* Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and skill development
* Familiarity with PLC-controlled machines is preferred
* Fluent in English
