INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER

We are seeking a talented and motivated Infrastructure Engineering Team Leader to join our growing team. As the leader of the Infrastructure Engineering team, you will be responsible for building and architecting tools that enforce our standards, security, and governance. Additionally, you will lead the development of tools that will serve the company's R&D and DevOps teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of platform engineers responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tools and infrastructure that enable efficient and secure development and deployment processes.
Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the Infrastructure Engineering team, aligning it with the company's goals and standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, design solutions that meet their needs.
Architect and build scalable, reliable, and secure tools that enforce platform standards, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained across the organization.
Define and enforce security and governance policies to protect company data and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and foster their professional growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Infrastructure Engineering and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improve processes.
