We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to help the team create simple user interfaces and design interactions that make complex tasks easy in our web-based and mobile applications.
What will you be doing in this role?
Work closely with Product Managers and R&D to understand the customer needs and product requirements.
Conduct user research and apply user-centered design best practices to create and validate designs that meet user needs.
Develop design renderings/wireframes defining the user interface form, navigation, interaction, and screen design across multiple devices.
Create high and low-fidelity prototypes to support rapid design iteration and user testing.
Work closely with the UI developers to define and apply consistent styles and interaction patterns.
About the Team:
The team consists of 5 UX designers and a team leader.
Hours of Work / More important information for you:
Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, we work in a hybrid mode.
This is a full-time position.

Requirements:
About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:
B.A. degree or equivalent training/professional work experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
Academic or Professional courses in Graphic Design/User Experience Design are a big advantage.
2 + years of experience working in mobile design, web design, information architecture, user research, or similar fields.
2 + years of experience working with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Ability to understand and apply analytics and usage data to inform the design process.
High ability to learn.
It would be great if you also had . . .
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - an advantage.
Experience integrating user-centered design practices with an agile development approach.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and validation methods is an advantage.
Usability testing experience.
