You will be responsible for monitoring payment performance metrics, identifying and troubleshooting payments related issues, looking for ways to improve the company's payment performance. In short, you will be the Sherlock Holmes of Money! You will work closely with fraud prevention, data analyst, R&D, customer support, and product.Wake up for this:Daily monitoring of payments performance metrics (review dashboards, alerts, reports etc)Leverage analytics to drill down into payments data to find trends, identify discrepancies, and points for improvement, as well as look for business opportunitiesReconcile payments and keep the billing system in sync with the processorsCollaborating closely with vendors to resolve outstanding technical issues related to payments and billing processesWork jointly with customer support team to address complaints related to paymentsProduce reports and recommendations for managementPartner with Data, Product, Dev teams to solve problems at scaleRequirements:Experience in transaction monitoring, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or e-payments industryUnderstanding of payment processing systemsExcel Intermediate Proficiency- MustSQL Beginner to Intermediate Proficiency - MustMixpanel, Fullstory- advantageExperience with billing systems such as Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe billing- advantage
