Make sound architectural and technical decisions that balance short-term progress with long-term sustainability.
Code & Review:
Write production-ready code and ensure technical excellence across the team’s contributions.
Own the Full Lifecycle:
Drive software development from idea to deployment, including troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.
Deine Skills:
5+ years of professional experience in software development – with at least 2 years in a senior role.
(Nice to have) 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead position.
Strong hands-on skills in Python and working knowledge of Rust.
Comfortable with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps environments.
(Bonus) Familiarity with Linux systems, networking concepts, or API design.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Agile team player with a collaborative spirit and a desire to grow together.
Excellent communication skills – able to bridge between tech and non-tech stakeholders.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
