What you will be doing:

Lead the Process Quality team, providing direction and support.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and processes.
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO).
Define and implement standards and procedures for product and material inspections and testing.
Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliance.
Identify and address process quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
Use quality tools like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing for continuous improvement.
Conduct audits and prepare for external assessments.
Maintain records of audits, findings, and corrective actions.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
Develop and deliver training on quality assurance processes and standards.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and improvement.

Must have for this role:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and managerial role.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience working with regulatory standards such as FDA (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, ISO9001 and EU MDR 2017/745.
Basic knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Gauge R&Rs, etc
