Role Description & Responsibilities

Join Tufin as an IT Administrator and work with cutting-edge technologies in a leading enterprise cybersecurity environment. You will provide essential IT support to our global workforce, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, collaboration tools, and network infrastructure.

Provide comprehensive technical support for IT hardware and software across the organization.
Administer user access and permissions using Active Directory, Office 365, and Okta.
Support Windows OS and macOS systems to maintain optimal functionality.
Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding processes efficiently on site & off site.
Maintain and update the inventory of IT software and hardware assets.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows OS and macOS environments.
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Intune).
Proficiency with Jamf Pro for MacOS device management
Proficiency Okta for user access and permissions administration
Practical experience with Microsoft technologies and Office 365 services.
2 years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Proficiency in scripting such as PowerShell.
Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops) is an advantage.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
A service-oriented mindset with excellent customer-facing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn independently and adapt to evolving technologies.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, at a high level.
