Lead and oversee program management on multiple verticals managing schedules and delivery progress across the portfolio of inbound and outbound projects.
Collaborate with high-level management to prioritize initiatives, see opportunities for improvement and drive their implementation, and continually scale current processes.
Establish and maintain risk management processes, ensuring that project teams are equipped to address challenges proactively.
Drive and develop the team towards forwarding progress, action, and results.
Develop strong peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication with leadership, cross-functional partners, and across the organization.
Coordinate resources and interdependencies across multiple projects and teams.
Navigate partner teams impartially with competing needs, with good reasoning and creative solutions.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing complex programs in IT and organization environments
Experience leading global programs and projects, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
Experience in process Design and Mapping: Ability to analyze, design, and document business processes, including identifying key activities, inputs, outputs, and stakeholders.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
Self-motivated and can work with limited direction or supervision
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage the team and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Bachelors degree?Must, M.B.A. or other advanced technical degree preferred
Fluent in Hebrew and English both verbal and written
