Infrastructure Architect & Team Lead

As we continue to scale our infrastructure and technology ecosystem, we’re looking for an Infrastructure Architect & Team Lead to design and evolve our secure, modern enterprise environment.

This role combines deep hands-on architecture with team leadership, owning the design of hybrid cloud and corporate infrastructure while leading a small team responsible for delivering secure, scalable solutions across the organization.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud architecture, or enterprise IT infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure architecture and identity platforms (Entra ID / IAM / SSO / OIDC / SAML).
Solid understanding of enterprise networking and hybrid environments, including segmentation and secure connectivity.
Experience leading technical initiatives and managing or mentoring engineers.
Experience with automation (PowerShell / Python) and modern infrastructure practices.

Your Day-to-Day:

Design and evolve secure infrastructure architecture across hybrid cloud and corporate environments.
Lead and mentor a small team of engineers across infrastructure and IT domains, ensuring scalable and secure technology solutions
Architect and improve cloud and identity platforms across Azure and AWS environments.
Define and implement networking, access management, and security best practices.
Collaborate with Security, DevOps, IT, and Product teams to integrate infrastructure solutions across the organization.

Advantages:

AWS infrastructure familiarity.
Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) or device management environments.
Background working with enterprise frameworks such as SOC2, ITIL, or ITSM.
