Endpoint Infrastructure & Support Engineering Team Lead

📍 Tel Aviv | Hybrid – 2 days from home

We’re looking for a strong System / Microsoft Infrastructure professional who knows how to go beyond keeping systems running — someone who can dive deep, solve complex issues, lead end-to-end processes, and bring people along the way.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a large, complex Enterprise environment, combining deep technical ownership with professional team leadership and cross-functional impact.

What you’ll do

• Lead Microsoft, System and Endpoint Infrastructure domains
• Work across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Own complex troubleshooting and Tier 3 escalations
• Lead infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and cross-organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with System, Network, Cybersecurity, Support, and vendor teams
• Drive automation, standards, and adoption of new technologies
• Lead and professionally develop a technical team

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience in System / Microsoft Infrastructure
• Solid experience with Windows & Windows Server
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure
• Understanding of both Cloud and On-Prem infrastructure
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
• Good infrastructure fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP and networking concepts
• Experience leading processes and projects end-to-end
• Strong learning ability, initiative, energy, and communication skills

Nice to have: Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Management, MDM, and/or PowerShell.
