What's the job?

• Full responsibility for processing Israeli based employees' salaries
• Managing a team of two professional
• Frequent collaboration and interaction with HR to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee HR data and execution of decisions affecting compensation.
• Preparation, review and execution of monthly submissions to governmental institutions, insurance companies and pension funds
• Addressing employee inquiries
• Analyzing monthly variations in payroll items
• Compiling and reviewing payroll analysis on a monthly basis
• Collaborating with the bookkeeping team to facilitate employee expenses reimbursements and reporting to the tax authorities
• Supporting payroll tax and financial audits
• Preparing monthly accruals

The position is a temporary replacement and will report to the Senior Director of Finance Operations.

What should you bring in order to apply?
• 6+ years of payroll experience, of which at least 3 years of experience in leading Israel Payroll in a 500+ employees organization.
• Payroll Controller Diploma
• Technical software skills, especially in Excel and Hilan
• Experience in a public tech company is a significant advantage.
• Diploma in Bookkeeping type 2 or 3 is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in direct management of 2-3 professionals
• Passion for team work and a strong service orientation
• Desire to be accurate and to pay attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to deliver under strict deadlines dictated by Payroll cycles
