We believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and of course our users' smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!).Do you want to join the party?ResponsibilitiesLead the development of analytics solutions to support business objectives, leveraging SQL and data visualizations.Identify trends and opportunities through advanced data analysis, modeling, and visualization, translating findings into actionable insights for management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop analytics strategies to support revenue growth.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the pain points and opportunities for the business.Develop new reporting frameworks and methods by using data and visualization tools.Ensure data quality and consistency for accurate analysis and reporting.Requirements 3+ years experience as a business or product analyst, ideally from B2C mobile app companies.Extensive experience working with SQL – a must (BigQuery - advantage).Proficient in Excel - a must.Experience with data visualization tools for large data sets using BI systems (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a must.B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.Able to work in a dynamic environment and with tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.Self-starter, fast learner, fast worker, results-oriented with a can-do attitude.Proficiency in English.Advantage:Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.Experience building ETL processes – An advantage.Experience with Python.
