DRS RADA TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a talented Technical Manager to join our team! Among the responsibilities:
* Lead the development of innovative and complex Radar systems
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters to the system engineering team and our diverse R&D teams
* Collaborate with the R&D and Line of Business managers to ensure timely project delivery
* Oversee technical management of sub-contractors

* BS. C in electronics engineering or a related field
* 5+ years of engineering experience in a system engineering or technical management role
* Proven experience and understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems (that include software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while working with multiple interfaces simultaneously
* Quick learner with flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with Radar and RF systems significant advantage
* Proven experience in R&D hand-on roles - RF / Board design / Algorithms advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
