Social media manager-for a leading digital agency

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the social media activities for a diverse range of clients at a leading digital agency.

This role requires strong expertise in managing Facebook and Instagram accounts as part of each client's digital strategy, running both organic and paid campaigns, creating creative and engaging content, and tailoring campaigns to each client's business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Daily management of Facebook and Instagram accounts for multiple clients, including creating posts, stories, and visual content.

- Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with each client's objectives.

- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using advanced tools for continuous optimization and improvement.

- Working closely with the agency's content, design, and strategy teams to create precise, personalized content for each client.

- Regularly updating clients on account performance with reports and insights to support their business goals.

- Identifying trends, tools, and innovations in social media for ongoing improvement in daily activities.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in advertising agencies, medium-to-large digital agencies, or business organizations.

- Full proficiency in managing Facebook and Instagram accounts – including content creation, campaign management, and analytics tools.

- Experience managing TikTok accounts is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of social media strategies and digital marketing.

- Excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.

- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
