Technical Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on building internal systems with real business impact. You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering tools that empower our teams to launch features faster, confidently manage live-ops, and operate at scale. This is a technical and strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex workflows and collaborating closely with engineering and operational stakeholders. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our games and experiences reach players.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on technical or internal tools.
Background in computer science, engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Structured and creative thinker with the ability to simplify complexity into intuitive flows.
Proven experience shipping features end-to-end, working with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about building tools that empower others to move faster and smarter.
Collaborative communicator who thrives in multi-stakeholder environments.

Bonus Points

Experience in gaming, live-ops systems, or internal platforms.
Familiarity with product-led operations or infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities:

Own and evolve the vision for our internal operations platform.
Work closely with stakeholders from product, engineering, analytics and operations to gather needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Prioritize between cross-company features to ensure maximal impact and unlock business velocity.
Conduct tests and iterations to improve internal workflows, guarantee efficiency and optimized performance.
