We seek a PMO to own and coordinate operational processes, generate actionable business insights from data, optimize processes, and track project progress.

Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
3-5 years of experience in a similar operations role from a global tech company
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
Native Hebrew speaker with excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams
Self-motivated with outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from initiation to completion
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence

Responsibilities:

Lead, execute, and track the progress of operational projects end-to-end in a professional services environment across multiple departments, including AWS partnerships, management, sales, FinOps, support, R&D and legal
Analyze company data and create comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and service delivery optimization
Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between Global Operations and other business units
Utilize Asana to track project timelines, monitor task progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Coordinate tasks effectively across teams while maintaining accountability and quality standards
Serve as the primary operational liaison for AWS representatives and internal stakeholders
Prepare data-driven presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership and cross-functional partners
Support the PMO Lead in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
