And that’s just the beginning of what WSC Sports has to offer!As the Corporate Development Manager, you will identify, assess and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships in order to support the company's growth strategy.What you’ll do:Establish and execute a global inorganic growth strategy for the company's core and adjacent marketsCreate M&A strategies based on relevant domains, identifying alternative targetsWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential M&A targets and investment opportunities on an ongoing basisIdentify, engage, and create a pipeline of non-organic growth opportunitiesConduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, structuring, contracts, and integration planning for Corporate Development dealsLead engagement with companies in a wide range of markets, ecosystems, and geographiesRequirements:What you’ll need:4+ years of experience in corporate development such as investment banking, venture capital, or direct M&A supporting functionsStrong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and promote new ideasStrategic thinking and the ability to see the 'big picture'Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external partnersProactive, self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid environmentBachelor's degree from a university in Economics/Law/Computer Science/ Management/AccountingWork Model:Hybrid
