Product Manager

*In this role, you will:*

* Own the product strategy and roadmap for our trading platform, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business objectives
* Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch and optimization
* Collaborate with trading desk, engineering, and design teams to translate complex trading requirements into intuitive product features
* Drive data-informed decisions through market analysis, user research, and performance metrics
* Manage stakeholder relationships across trading, technology, and business teams

*You have:*

* 5+ years of product management experience.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering successful digital products at scale
* Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (equities, FX, or crypto)
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
