In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, lead the implementation of pricing initiatives, solve operational challenges, and collaborate closely with the go-to-Market team.What's the job?Execute global price framework, policies, and playbooks to drive revenue and alignment with strategic objectives.Optimize pricing structures to achieve maximum revenue while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Identify revenue leaks and revenue growth engines.Work together with the analytics team to assess the impact of pricing decisions and build dedicated pricing tools.Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of impactful, large-scale initiatives and projects.Build and optimize the operational process for quick and smooth execution.Requirements:4-6 years' experience in business operations, pricing management, or consulting.Experience working in a global environment – a must.Driven by business goals, with a deep understanding of pricing strategies.Strong executioner, excel at understanding both the big picture and the details.Strong control in Excel, and analytical tools.A well-organized, energetic, and hands-on individual with a can-do approachA problem solver, experienced working under pressureAbility to cope with changing requirements and levels of uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skillsNot a must but a great advantageExperience in banking or fintech and/or online paymentsWho we are:Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO) is the world's go-to partner for digital commerce, everywhere.
