Operations Manager

A fast-growing, well-funded AI security startup based in Tel Aviv, backed by top-tier investors, is looking for a resourceful, highly organized Operations Manager to help run and scale the business across a broad range of operational needs.

About the role:

The Operations team works across the entire business, supporting commercial and marketing initiatives, finance, internal systems and employee experience. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of projects, build processes where they’re needed, and help teams get things done. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and can turn an unfamiliar challenge into a clear plan and a completed project.

What you’ll do:

You’ll lead company-wide projects from defining the need through execution, coordinating stakeholders, budgets and timelines. You’ll support business and commercial operations, working with business teams, Legal and Finance on customer onboarding, procurement requirements and other commercial processes, and you’ll support marketing operations, including events, conferences, campaigns and launches, managing agencies, vendors, materials, budgets and logistics.

You’ll identify gaps, improve workflows, and implement tools and automation that help teams work more effectively. You’ll own vendor management and purchasing, from sourcing and negotiations through onboarding, renewals and ongoing service management, and support financial operations by managing purchasing and invoice workflows, tracking spending against budgets and finding ways to reduce costs.

You’ll also coordinate company infrastructure with IT and security providers, partner with HR on onboarding, offboarding and employee initiatives, and manage office needs as the company grows. As new priorities emerge, you’ll research options, recommend solutions and independently drive new initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

You have 4+ years of experience in operations, business operations or a similarly broad role, including hands-on startup experience, which is a must. You have a proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects while managing multiple priorities, and experience building or improving processes rather than only following existing ones.

You’re highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable in your follow-through, with sound business judgment, confidence working independently and a clear sense of when to escalate. You’re comfortable with budgets, spreadsheets and operational data, experienced in managing vendors and working with internal stakeholders and external partners, and confident learning new systems and using AI and automation tools. You have excellent Hebrew and English, written and spoken, and a practical, collaborative approach, equally willing to lead a project or handle the details needed to complete it.

Experience supporting marketing or commercial operations, familiarity with CRM and project management tools, or a background in AI or cybersecurity is an advantage.
