About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

Coralogix is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Operations to join our Tel Aviv office and lead our business operations across multiple domains.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage and scale our internal operations while building structure, processes, and vendor relationships in a dynamic, global company.

What you’ll do:

Procurement: Own end-to-end purchasing processes, including negotiating terms with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of equipment and services.
Travel: Oversee global travel operations: booking policies, corporate travel tools, and travel vendors, while ensuring a smooth experience for employees traveling across 28+ countries.
Facilities: Manage all aspects of office operations in Tel Aviv and coordinate with global office managers. Responsibilities include lease management, workplace services, safety, and space planning.
FinOps (Financial Operations): Partner with the finance team to support budgeting, expense tracking, vendor payments, and ensure operational compliance with internal controls and policies.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and vendors. Evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, optimize service levels and costs, and manage vendor onboarding.

Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in operations, ideally in a global tech company
Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with procurement systems, travel platforms, and vendor tools – a plus
