Description and Requirements

This role is a contractor position and does not come with a Lenovo employee contract.

The Digital Trust Lab— a new global cybersecurity innovation lab in Israel with the mission of shaping the future of Hybrid-AI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Lead to help us set the foundation — and grow with us as we scale .
This is a unique opportunity to join at the very beginning, take ownership of core operational processes, and be a vital connector between our team in Israel and our global partners.

Job Responsibilities:
Own all administrative operations: procurement, logistics, vendor coordination, scheduling, contracts, and back-office management.
Act as the main liaison with company HQ and external entities in Israel (vendors, service providers, legal/HR contacts, etc.).
Support the Lab Director in day-to-day needs, calendar planning, budgeting, and internal coordination.
Help shape the culture and daily rhythm of a new, dynamic R&D environment.

Requirements:
Experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, with strong organization and communication skills.
Proactive, dependable, and flexible — you take initiative and solve problems before they grow.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
***Candidate must be willing to work onsite three days a week in our Tel-Aviv, Israel office. ***
