Job Description

Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for the Intelligent Automation business for one or more key accounts. - You will jointly own the P&L for Intelligent Automation for those accounts exceed Revenue, AOI and CSAT targets. - You'll be leading right from process diagnostic and initial opportunity assessment to planning and strategy development through implementation. - You should be forward-thinking for clients and help them drive meaningful impact and long term benefits from the Genpact association Architect and design automated data processing systems; - Develop and implement data processing pipelines for ETL processes; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions; - Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies to streamline data workflows; - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards in automated processing systems.
