Support with administrative tasks.

Collaboration in projects to create technical solutions (example: rollout)

Taking control over subtasks during installation and configuration of system components and complex networks.

Assisting the Buyer client with first level support of daily IT business.

Independent analysis, solving and handling of problems in IT operations; and

Level 2 engineer

Reporting on the progress of project tasks and making reports (time recording, status

Reports, meetings etc.)
